Ubereats Nightmare - Woolworths Foodstop Orange edition (Cape Town)

I experienced horrible customer service from Ubereats. I ordered CAKE from Woolworths Foodstop Orange and the delivery Driver by the name of Mike stole it! As I was waiting for the ordered item , i received a notification that the delivery was completed even though he never made it to my address. I clearly stated on the instruction to meet me at the door but Mike never pitched. When I lodged a complain on the app they said Mike had delivered the cake and had the nerve to overcharge me for an Item that I didn't receive plus an item that was unavailable at the store. UBEREATS IS AN ABSOLUTE **** OF A COMPANY , I ADVISE ANYONE TO REFRAIN FROM USING IT AND RATHER USE MR.D BECAUSE ITS MORE RELIABLE
