Ubereats nightmare

So I ordered a big bacon steer burger meal and the driver dropped off my food at the wrong address. He got there placed the food on the floor outside the wrong address and took a Pic, took the food with him and left. When I went to enquire where he "left" the food cause there are boys that washes cars there they said he placed the food on the floor, took a Pic and left with the food but the driver says he left the food at the wrong address
