UberEats never refunds

I have used the UberEats app many times in the past and was always pleasantly suprised at the efficiency and quality of the orders. December last year I placed an order with Nando's on the app and even though the order was speedy, the quality of the food was shocking. Nandos was very quick to react and pushed it back to UberEats to process a "speedy" refund as the order was paid for using the app. I was told on numerous occassions by UberEats that the refund was processed and would take a few day but it is now February and I still have not seen any refund. the tickets get closed on the app when you load them despite no resolution.... Shocking!
