UberEATS never pitched twice

Terrible experience twice... First i place an order at Parow KFC, order nr 69738, the UberEATS never pitched with my order, I call support service, they issue me with a refund, I then try and order again, same KFC, this driver also don't pitch with my food. Family went to bed hungry. I have literally called R50 airtime up just for refunds on both orders. This is very unprofessional for service delivery.
