Ubereats never delivered my order

I ordered food on the 18 February 2022 at Roman's pizza via Ubereats. My order never arrived. It was marked as delivered on another address. Sharrif is was the driver but his cell number was not on the app. I paid the order. Using UberEats App is a nightmare in this situation. They dont have phone numbers that goes through. They dont respond to emails. No accountability or responds from them. ******.
