Ubereats never delivered

Just now I was ****** 😤 by the driver the moment I saw he was arriving soon I went outside the gate 10min before the arrival time and burstard did not arrive I even walked around the street corner to check if he was on the side of the gate he was nowhere and he said he delivered my food but he didn't I communicated with him on the app he didn't respond I called him he never picked up..I'm so ****ed I was out in the rain for 30min waiting for him to arrive he didn't I'm very angry
