UberEats needs to contact me telefonicly to resolve

Good day

Yesterday my wife had ordered food via the Uber Eats app.

We were sitting in the living room by which we saw the driver arriving . He looked right into our faces and took off with his motor bike . When my father in law went outside to get our order and called at him he just took off.

He falsely marked the order as delivered and ignored all six calls I had made to him

UberEasts refuses to refund me for the dishonesty of the driver and I am requesting my money back and a call back from UberEats to properly resolve this honestly and adequately
