Ubereats most pathetic app and service ever

When I try to order from uber eats I keep getting a error message saying that I have to verify my account. When I go to account settings I verified my numbe rand email and both says verified in green, but when I try to order it keeps giving me the same error message. Called the call centre they have no idea what I am talking about. Most pathetic app and service I have ever encountered..
