UberEats? More Like UberEatonTheGround

I ordered a wrap from Kauai Cobble Walk, and this was hands down the most frustrating delivery experience I’ve had.

The driver never showed up at my office, didn’t call me once, and instead just left my food on the ground somewhere near the pin. By the time I followed the location, the food was gone.

To make it worse, I tried calling the number provided—twice—and both calls were cancelled. No explanation, no communication, just vanished food and zero accountability.

UberEats, if you’re going to charge people for food, the bare minimum is making sure it actually gets to them. Instead, I paid for absolutely nothing. Shameful service.
