Hi good morning I ordered on Sunday 26 October 2020 and paid cash Yesterday the same amount was deducted from my account Cs I was trying to order food but it seems that the driver did something to orohit me from ordering again cs the app said I cannot order till I pay my last order with was paid for in cash I proceeded to try order using card them unknowingly that amount I paid in cash was deducted These people have no customer service It took two weeks to be refunded The very refund was put on the app instead of my bank account. I'm so angry cs they are not compassionate at all... The money refunded on the app is a credit... I regret using uber eats... I hate it with my life cs the credit I even used to get rid of the app.
