UberEats missing food items with no assistance from app agents

I placed and order via the UberEats app on 6 March 2026 for a Hungry Lion Jumbo meal but never received my 4 x chips. I have logged the issue on the app says agent will get back to within 12 hours. 24hours have passed, i tried to contact them via messenger but they keep giving me links back to the app which is not working. Basically wasted my money. Will never be using UberEats again - will rather use Mr Delivery in the future.
