UberEats ****ming people

My daughter placed an order for me tonight with UberEats. Guess what the second time this month I don’t receive the order. I tried my best to contact them to advise them but they won’t even listen to me. Im seriously thinking that they ****ming their customers. They even took a photo of a KFC bag as ‘proof’ of delivery. Only thing missing in the photo is my hubby and myself waiting for the delivery. I can’t believe im so stupid to give them a second chance. Im livid and they ignoring all my messages
