UberEats ****mers

I’m infuriated!! I ordered a food delivery. Driver got to the security and just stood there waiting for the timer to finish on his side and then took a picture of the food on the ground saying he’s leaving my food because he can’t reach me. He then proceeded to drive off with my food. Uber support has been completely useless saying no refund because the driver followed policy. I’m definitely deleting uber im so angry!!! I guess this is a new december ****
