UberEats ****mers

So I order food at 17:45 it is now 19:17. I ordered my food from a man named Menard who was supposed to pick it up about an hour ago but there seemed to be a delay and when I asked what exactly was the delay he ignored my message and drove away from the Steers I ordered from and went to a Burger King and his gps hasn’t updated since then. This is absolutely unacceptable. I understand the fact of unfortunate delays and all but overall neglect in service and common decency to at least notify me on the occurrence and what could’ve been done to solve it and this isn’t the first time such displays of service have been showcased from UberEats drivers, last time he flat out told me to come get the food himself and then **** about returning the food to the restaurant for me to pick up. I’m fed up now and just in case your reading this dear UberEats I’m deleting your app for good and I recommend if you don’t want to be occasionally ****med you probably do the same. Thanks
