Ubereats ****mers

The service is poor , I complain on their support centre and they taking time resolv my issue ..I'm told I will not get a refund yet I did not receive the order .

Driver comes I did not hear the phone he calls m again and I tell him coming apologies, he then drives off as I step outside ..

I call nanodos SA and they tell me that the food does not come back after the an unsuccessful delivery , so UberEATS and nandos get my money and then the driver. Gets to eat my Nandos ..

This is absurd
