UberEATS Merchant Support FAILURE

Unfortunately it doesn't allow me to give a zero rating for the lack of service I've received from them just to change banking details. They are rude, obnoxious and unhelpful. I've been struggling to get this sorted for 3 weeks!!!! They don't have competent managers or senior staff with the proper training. It's pathetic!!!
