UberEats ****med me

I got ****med by a Delivery driver of UberEats, he advised his company that he has dropped my package at the designer adress and when I got at the adress there was no package and I went to the Pizza place in Sunningdale and he did not leave my package there as well.

When I try to lay a complaint at UberEats app they send me an unclear message and there was no attempt to contact me after numerous cases submitted and they closed as resolve when I did not even receive my package.

UberEats is a **** their contact numbers are no working so merely cannot reach them.

I am so disappointed and livid with their service.

Actually the driver took my package for himself.
