Ubereats ****med me

I made a purchase in the app for Romans which was paid and delivered,the next day 2 more orders went off. I queried this and was told that the 2 orders went off a device I had previously associated with tha app. I have had the same phone over 3 years,and I use the same number. My details are linked to my work laptop,so definitely this wouldn't have been true,the card I use is new so how is it an old device. They say the order is legitimate, forgetting I didn't not get the other 2 orders and they do not appear in the app,so what is it that I am paying for?

I demand a refund ,I can not pay for one meal 3 times... Ridiculous!!!
