UBEREATS ****** ME.

I ordered food from McDonald's through uber eats, the delivery driver tried to contact me once and left my food at the wrong address on the side of the road! The message thereafter read that I have 30 mins to get my meal?! I took it up with Uber eats and was advised that the guy followed everything according to their policy. HOW *********** DOES SOMEOME HAVE TO BE TO LEAVE FOOD ON THE STREET? I did not get any assistance and I got charged for my meal. No one is willing to help and I have proof that the food was left on the side of the road.
