Ubereats making loyal customer - fetch own order!

Who would think a reputable company such as Uber eats will make their loyal customer go fetch their own order! I guess they are forgetting the most important aspect which is user experience and user needs. They seem to all be about business needs. Ubereats has shocking customer service!
