UberEats likes my money

I ordered and paid for a basket of groceries online from this organisation, and I was told delivery from UberEats would take place between 12:00 and 14:00. I was happy with that. The delivery from UberEats arrived at 12;05 I was was late getting home and the UberEats app told me the driver had left.

No phone call - I would have arranged with the neighbour. no follow-up. Then the worst, I expected an automatic refund -BUT NO. I checked my account a few days later UberEats had taken my money and my groceries.

The only answer from UberEats was tough luck, I requested a refund too late.
