Ubereats lack of response

On Saturday the 29th I placed on order with ubereats and chose PayPal as method of payment. However, the payment was deducted from my bank account. I sent an enquiry to ubereats on Saturday the 29th and again yesterday (Sunday the 30th). I am yet to receive a response from ubereats in regards to my enquiry.
