Ubereats Lack of Help

Paid for an order in cash and they debited my account for the same order 5 days later. After asking for a refund I was told to please "settle my arrears in my account" and was offered a credit instead of a refund as an act of "goodwill gesture". This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Giving me a credit instead of a refunded is forcing me to use my money they have wrongfully taken to support them . Absolutely pathetic.
