UberEats & KFC are ******** customers!!!

My partner and I made an order via Ubereats to KFC Willows in Bloemfontein around 12:45 on the 6th of June 2022. The food was being prepared the last time we were checking the tracking feature on Ubereats after about 10 minutes of placing the order. We then refreshed the screen to see how far the order is, then after it refreshed it said the order had already been delivered. My partner then tried contacting Ubereats, a gentleman called Irsam answered but then he gave my partner a run around of tracking the order. Upon finding the order he said the order would be delivered in 10 minutes or so. After an hour of waiting outside, the app said the order has not been collected and we'd be refunded. No money has been refunded, the call center people are not even helpful ... The customer service is horrible and this is obviously turned out to be a ****. I am not happy at all neither will I ever use the service or order at kfc willows again.
