UberEATS its useless and doesn't care about its clients/customers

I ordered last night and the driver delivered to an unknown address and the response I got was that the driver left my food in a secured place. What place ?as I was outside since 19:25 and the driver claimed to have arrived at 19:35 but he never came. Now i want my money back so that I can delete your app. I've used the same address many times before and never had an issue. Order # 64624. To think that I even paid a tip for this useless driver ****es me off. His name was Fisher Action. All i want is my money back and I'll leave their app.
