Ubereats it’s a **** and kaak business

Ubereats- is a **** , they ******* people and their system is *** dirty. So I received a message stating that I need to pay for the order when requesting Uber. According to their system I ordered food on the 27th of December and never paid for the food. Which I wrote to them it’s all wrong and they have done a mistake. I did not order food nor did the food arrive on my complex. I even went to check with security guards if there was any deliveries made on the 27th and they confirmed that was nothing on the access control book. Right now I can’t use Uber because I refuse to pay for food I did not ****en eat. The response I’m getting it’s annoying - they telling me they can’t do anything about it . Basically I must **** off. Their system made an error and they can’t rectify it. Why would the driver leave the food without getting the money . I’m so annoyedb
