UberEats isn't responsible for unsatisfactory meals.

Absolutely disgusting customer care service! For the most part, UberEats is convenient and usually delivers great service. Whenever I have had an incorrect item delivered, it has been refunded. Whenever the meal has been unsatisfactory, it has been refunded. This time however, the entire meal (from a restaurant I usually order from that is AMAZING) was utterly disappointing. Fast forward, Uber refuses to refund the order, despite having communicated my utter distaste for the meal. Billing runs through you Uber, not the restaurant, and therefore, you are liable and accountable for the service YOU provide. No worries though - my bank has reversed the transaction. Pity - just when you thought you had a leg up.
