Ubereats is a dysfunctional company. Quick to take your money, but when it comes to service, what service. Ordered from BP Letchworth another useless entity. Waited close on 2 hours for my order. Tried phoning driver. No answer. Then got hold of someone who was not the original driver and he passes the phone to someone in the queue. No relation at all to the task at hand. I land having a shouting match with someone I don't know, complaining that I held up the queue when I phoned BP direct. Shocking all round. I WILL BE UNINSTALLING UBEREATS. where I get a chance to complain about them I will do it. If I can get 1 customer to choose Mr Delivery as opposed to them , I'll be happy. And don't try and contact help. You can't get to speak to a live agent. You have to Google ubereats live agent or complaints. Only to be told by 1 Smiley or whatever his name was he can't help you. When asked if my issue was resolved I said no. As true as Bob they put me thru to useless agent again and he promptly ends the chat. Happened 3 times. Disgusting attitude... AVOID ubereats. Use Mr delivery.
