UberEats is unprofessional!!!

This service actually deserves a zero rating. A friend and I placed an order today to be delivered at 12:00. As the time approached, we called to check how far the order was (Roccomamas Glen Acres), we were informed that it has left the restaurant and is on it's way. Ten minutes later, we called again and all of the sudden, our order was non-existent. The restaurant that they had no record of this order. The payment had already been made.
