UberEats is trash!!

UberEats and their delivery guys are ******, I made an order #E7D0F trying to get something to eat today, because I forget the delivery pin I copied it and instead of sending it to myself I sent it to the driver (Ndegge) in error. The driver then immediately took the pin and closed the delivery as if it was already delivered and took my food. I tried going to the in-app help and the app says the food is delivered. I tried reporting the driver that my food wasn't delivered and I only get "message sent" and nothing about the issue being investigated. I went to twitter and the support the is as useful as a rock and ended up sending me back to the app.
