UberEATS is the pits

I'm am very disappointing with the service here. My order was not delivered and no one absolutely no one can assist . I spent more then two hours on a live chat they could not help and they kept redirecting me to the app. The driver "Justify " is no where to be found. I need my food or a refund. This is appalling and unacceptable
