UberEats is the pits!!!!!!

UberEats delivery guy (Andrew William), delivering from Protea Glen Mall ****** me of my food yesterday. He delivered my food at a wrong address after he "apparently" couldn't get a hold of me. I've made numerous attempts to lodge a complaints and even gave a review on their app but it seems it fell onto deaf ears. I lost both my order and money because of some unprofessional and greedy ****.
