Ubereats is the new ****!!! They take customers money but they do not deliver food

I am dissapointed and upset.

Uberats is the new ****.

I ordered for yesterday morning around 10 am at KFC using Uberats. The driver texted me via app that he is outside. I quickly went outside to check the driver and he was not there. I texted him back via app to ask where is, I wrote directions down the driver said I must wait. I waited on the door and it was raining. I think I waited more than 20 minutes. I phoned the driver to give directions, he was lost couldn't even tell me where he was.

After few minutes I phoned him, my order was just marked delivered on the app but I didn't get food.

I sent a complaint via app no one assisted me.

I called Ubereats line 0n ***, they said they can not assist they have limited access.

Uberats sent me emails that they can not refund me just like that.
