UBEREATS IS TERRIBLE

I ordered a meal from the uber eats app from my work place, as i was rushing down the stairs i received a systematic call saying the driver is waiting outside. when i got outside they was no driver, i tried calling the driver through the app but went to voicemail. im very upset & demand my money back. such horrible service
