Ubereats is showing me the middle finger

Ubereats has been deducting money from my account for transactions that I know nothing about and when I try to get them to intervene they just basically showed me the middle finger, even after I blocked my card there are still some attempts to transact and Ubereats don't care, I have already lost some money yesterday and even the bank can't help me and the main culprit being ubereats and on their respond they are saying they have the account details of the person responsible for transacting from my bank account but they can't disclose to me, but m the one suffering hence I contacted them that I know nothing about those transactions, so it can still be ubereats transacting from my account *******ly and that is a ******** activity from their side
