UberEats is ******** Us!!

I ordered from UberEats a few weeks ago, the delivery guy came to my gate, barely stood for a minute and started to drive off. I could see him because I was at the filling station's ATM withdrawing and my house's gate is in full view from where I was standing. I whistled at him, to which he looked up at me and just turned around and rode off with my food. When I tried to contact him online, he went offline, a few minutes later I was being charged for food that I never even received. Till this day, I still have an outstanding bill I am now forced to pay for food I never even got to eat. I am honestly never ever going to use Uber and any of its services ever again. Uber is allowing ********* to run their services, and I am having all my friends and family boycott Uber from now on. Nobody from customer service has ever bothered to come back to me to rectify what happened. It is honestly disgusting that I can be treated in such a distasteful manner. My children slept hungry that night because of that.
