Ubereats is robbing us

I bought food via Ubereat. The driver arrived but refused to give me my order. He stood there while i begged him for my food because it was late and cold. He refused and waited there until he the free waiting time lapsed. He took a picture and left. He went to the app and said the food was delivered and left. Logged a complain with ubereats with all the proof and they refused to refund me which suggests that they might be working together to rob us. This is the second time i am experiencing this
