UBEREATS IS ROBBING CLIENTS BY CHARGING AND NOT DELIVERING

Ubereats did not deliver my food and still charged me. I tried calling the driver through the app when I saw the food was marked as delivered and it didn't work. It's so difficult to get a hold of anyone from ubereats they block you with silly computer generated responses. I will never order from them again. This is *****ing and it's unacceptable. Why would any sane person order food and not answer an uber driver who claimed to have called. Why would any sane person order food for the driver to take. This is unacceptable and how can you rob your clients. I will also take this to the consumer council and make this public. It's unacceptable to charge us for food and delivery and not deliver anything. They have exclusive terms and conditions that only appear when you query where your food went. Absolutely pathetic way to make money.
