UberEats is ****ming us

UberEats is low key ****ming people. In the past three months I've had incidents were I've had to fight for my refund.

Today i ordered from Tasty Gallos in Sandton via UberEats and my order was canceled because they didn't have drivers available. My money was already taken when the restaurant accepted the order. However when they canceled it, my money was not refunded. Where the hell is my money and why do i always have to fight to get a refund.
