UberEats is ****ming people and Taking their money with no customer service..

So I ordered food here and boom my order was delivered and I confirmed with code.. wow while the order was not even delivered even the delivery person never even arrived and he was able to complete delivery and ate my food. Money out from my card.. and when I complained to UberEats they say I confirmed with pin whilst I never did and they will not bring my money back.
