Ubereats is letting its customers get ****med on their platform

Ubereats allows illegitimate stores on their platform that **** us. I ordered on the app on a store called Centre Point Liquor on Ubereats and I have not received my order and I have no way of cancellling the order or reporting them in Ubereats. I eventually put the number that the store has in Truecaller and lo and behold, there are a multitude of people who have experienced this, some complaints dating back to May. So Ubereats has allowed a store to **** its customers for months and they have not done anything about it!
