UberEats is just plain useless

I think UberEats should just let us know that they don’t deliver in Soweto, in a space of a month 5 of my orders from different directions have been cancelled just because of drivers who just didn’t want to deliver in Soweto for no apparent reason, I mean if it’s a dangerous place for your drivers to deliver then mark the area and cancel it 🤷🏽♀️ it’s not such a big deal, then consumers would know to get alternatives rather than waiting for food for 2 hours only to get that order cancelled, it’s totally unprofessional
