Ubereats is ***********

I placed an order at Kung fu kitchen fourways and the driver named Thierry asked that I drive out to collect my order and I explained that I already paid with my card for delivery and cannot do that. He threatened that he will take the food back to the restaurant and I am shocked to see that on my app it shows that he delivered my order while that is untrue. I was already charged but my order never arrived. So what do I do.
