Ubereats is horrible

If i could give them a zero i would. Today the 21 March 2025, I placed an order on ubereats for some wicked donuts. I have 2 addresses saved on my app and I am very careful which I choose for the food to be delivered to. I aanted this ordered to be delivered home and I selected my home address. I get a notification on phone saying the driver is almost there, so I look to see how far he is. He is nowhere close but somewhere in Berea. I also should mention that I was not the only person he was delivering to on this trip so it wasn't straight from the the store to my house. Anyway I immediately contact ubereats and tell them what is happening, I tell them that on my app it says that I am getting my ordered delivered to my home address and that he is going somewhere else. They tell me to message him and tell him to contact them through his app, which I do, he ignores and says he is waiting. The service agent then says he will call him. The driver then messages me that he left my order on a railing of a building and is leaving. The service agent comes backs and says he cannot refund me and that my order was delivered. I says that ubereats will look into the matter with the app. I ask for a refund, they reply with they can't. So I drive all the way to Berea to where the guy said he delivered it. Money is tight right now. When I get there I cannot find it. I ask the 2 security guards if they saw it and they said the driver took it back with him. The service agent was of no help. They need to do better, they are basically just taking consumers money. The stupid thing is, this isn't the first time ubereats has messed up an order for me and haven't refunded me. But I will say this is rhe last
