Getting hold of Ubereats for assistance is a joke.

Not only have my past 2 orders been WRONG ... my one order arrived with the safety sticker tampered with and open.

Ubereats is happy to provide us with inadequate service- the wrong orders arrive and we go hungry- health and safety risks of the highest order don't get responded to.

Ubereats is happy to risk our health and not deliver the service provided - take our money - and make it impossible to get assistance.

It's been almost a week and everytime I try complain to uber I get told to press help app or send an email - the app gets no response and the email comes back saying i need to log the complaint with my account.

This is my account.

I have had two incomplete orders and one order that was tampered with AND NOONE IS HELPING ME.

Disgusting. And sad... guess it's Mr.D for me
