UBEREATS is gabage

I order food vai Ubereats app and did not even get the food after payment was done.

I was subjected to a very rude and nasty attitude of Uber driver that did not bring my food after waiting for food for an hour.

My order number: Order #A7E7B

Driver went to wrong loation, I tried to call him but no option on the app. I even tried to locate or connect with driver through connect facility they have and I was subjected to rude attitude from him. Very unproffesional.

The guy called me and could not hear a word he said from a nonsese phone and he told me straight after failing o deliver the food that he ws busy and will see if he can deliver the cold food when he hsa the time.

What kinnd of experience is this from UBEREATS.

I want my 432 money back and he can eat the food himself.
