UberEats is *********

UberEats never wants to refund their customers when you cancel the order especially when the restaurant is at fault. I placed an order at McDonald's Louis Botha and the driver has been waiting for almost an hour being told that the machine is broken and they are trying to fix it. 1 hour later they are still trying to fix it and UberEats won't refund me.This is happening for the second time where they don't want to refund me.
