UberEats is ****

Ordered food on Uber Eats last night but never received it. The delivery driver was literally inside the complex, called me ONCE but after I answered dropped the call. After several messages from my side (with no reply from his) asking where he was and stating that I'm waiting by my door, he left my order somewhere I don't even recognize OUTSIDE the complex I live in. Keep in mind I'm waiting outside my door this entire time (probably about 10min) with my 6-month old baby. Customer service also no use at all in resolving this problem even after providing proof and refuse to refund me for food not delivered. I've used Uber Eats many times before with no problems.... will not be supporting them again.
