UberEats is bad

On the the 8 of may 2023 i placed an order at kfc when putting in my banking details almost done placing my order a msg went off money from my account next thing i see is a email from uberEats saying that your order has been canceled driver could'nt reach u only to scroll down that order was placed 03 october 2022 ohk i mgs help to find out why thy takn my money without me receiving any food this is what thy tell me: Hi Monique Were sorry to hear about this experience, unfortunately ,we are unable to provide a refund for a order as it was placed more than 48 hour ago. But the payment went of with in the 48 hours and never received any food or even a phone call.
