UberEats is absolute TRASH and customer service is ***********.

If I could give ZERO rating I would.

I ordered two protein smoothies from Kauai off of UberEats, after waiting an hour I connected to the live chat consultant to cancel my order because I mentioned that my smoothies would be so watered down and basically water. The consultant then proceeded to ignore my request and decline my request and ended the chat.

I received my two smoothies 1.5hours later and absolutely watered down and the wrong smoothies delivered on top of that.

What trash service. I am switching over to MR DELIVERY from now on. For a customer that orders more than 5x a week on an average spend of R400 this is the service I receive. Not good enough.

Wasted R185 on smoothies.
